Q. Can I delete old Press Release projects?

A. Absolutely. To delete old Press Release projects go to the Press Release Dashboard. From here, click Reports. The Delete link beside each project will delete the project.

Q. Are there any rules as to what I am allowed to submit?

A. Yes. There are rules as to what content may be deemed acceptable. Please review the submission guidelines for the sites that you will be submitting to prior to submitting. As a rule of thumb,...

Q. Do I have a limit to how long my Press Release can be?

A. Yes. Press Releases are limited to 5000 Characters. This is due to common limits on submission sites.

Q. Can I change a submission I've made?

A. No. As you're submitting in real time, we're not able to make adjustments once they've been submitted. You can however adjust the project so that when it is submitted next the changes are reflected.

Q. Can I add more sites to submit to?

A. Yes! Send an email to support@simplycast.com with the information about the site you think we should add. While no guaranteed time frame can be given, all submissions will be reviewed for inclusion.

Q. Can I use Metadata when submitting?

A. Yes, during the Editor step you will be prompted to input metadata if you wish. You can easily extract it from the website by clicking the extract button. This metadata can help with SEO by...

Q. What is an Alias?

A. An alias is essentially the login and personal information you will be using to submit. As some departments are responsible for different submissions, multiple aliases may be required.

Q. Is there any Reporting for the Press Release App?

A. Yes! Full reporting including website, alias that submitted, submission date and time and more. More detailed reporting will be coming in the future.

Q. How much does the Press Release App Cost?

A. While it is in beta, the press release app is completely free. Enjoy the rich feature set and easy submissions free of charge. We will update you on pricing when the product leaves the beta stage.

A. You can submit Press Releases, Articles, Websites, Bookmarks, and RSS Submissions using the App.
